CLINICAL GOVERNANCE

MHS are committed to delivering a high standard of care

MHS operate from a Medical control model.
Paramedics follow protocols and procedures developed by our Medical Director and signed off by the Clinical Governance group members.
Paramedics are put through a robust accreditation process and clinical assessment by our Clinical Governance Manager, prior to sign off. Staff are accountable for patient care and clinical decisions, minimising clinical risk and improving the standard of care delivered to clients.

All staff enter into a professional development program that ensures core skills are maintained and staff are kept up to date with the latest treatment and clinical protocols. Our Clinical Governance process is approved by Queensland Health and forms the basis of our Poisons License.

All of our Paramedics have AHPRA registration.

All staff are covered by $20 million Medical Malpractice, Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
